New Project

NewSouth Architects is pleased to announce that we have been chosen to design a weight training facility for Madison Academy.  This 5400 square foot building will include weight room,  sports med, lockers, indoor track and team meeting rooms.  Project should be completed by early spring of 2015. Design is in progress.

A Cup Of Everything

This new retail shop on the North Side of the Square will be opening this week and NewSouth Architects was part of the creation of this facility.  Patrons can shop for coffee, other drinks and the essentials of a convence store. Also there is a  wine bar upstairs and a meeting room for clients.

200 West Side Square in Huntsville downtown is nearing exterior renovation.  The exterior renovations should be complete by the end of May while interior tenant improvments will continue on.  Lee Builders is providing the contractor's work.  This high rise existing bank building is the home for AL.com and several other high tech companies.  Restaurant space is availabe on the Lobby level and the Terrace level whcih looks out over beautiful Big Spring Park.

NewSouth Architects has started two downtown Madison Alabam renovation projects.  Both are on Main Street and renovations should start in the early spring.  112 Main Street is the old Humphrey building which will be a historical renovation and 212 Main Street is the old Automotive store.  Renovations include exterior work and renovations to the interior for new retail.  Future renovations will be done on the two story building next to the old automotive store.
